Xplor AI, established in the Netherlands, is the controller for personal data processed via this website and our applications. Contact: info@xplorthis.com.

2. What we process

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not ask you to create an account. Our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security purposes; these are deleted automatically within 30 days.

3. Our applications

Our applications publish content to social media accounts owned by Xplor AI. They process data of those accounts only (posts, captions, performance statistics). They do not collect personal data of other social media users.

4. Legal basis

We process technical log data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping our systems secure (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with our hosting provider (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany, EU) as processor.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict processing of your personal data, and the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Contact us at info@xplorthis.com.
