Our applications publish original video content, created and owned by Xplor AI, to social media accounts owned and operated by Xplor AI. We do not offer these applications as a service to third parties, and no third-party accounts are connected to them.
3. Use of this website
The content of this website is provided for general information about our company. You may not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it in violation of applicable law.
4. Intellectual property
All content we create and publish, including AI-generated video content, remains the property of Xplor AI unless stated otherwise. AI-generated content is labeled as such.
5. Liability
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xplor AI is not liable for damages arising from the use of this website.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
